OrthoCor Medical is committed to applying medical expertise to the development and use of pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) technology to help patients manage pain and regain their active lifestyles. We are looking for an energetic, patient centric, Inside Sales Specialist to join our team!

The Inside Sales Specialist will perform sales function for new and existing accounts. Provide quality and efficient customer service, with professional demeanor, for internal and external customers, by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service by building quality relationships with customers and following up on all requests in a timely manner.

  • Answer telephone calls in a clear, courteous, caring, calm and professional manner. Attentively listen to new and existing patients, offering them information as necessary to ensure they know how to utilize the device and what they can expect from you.

  • Place/take a high volume of outbound and inbound customer service calls.

  • Call to verify patient information, confirm device was received and review protocols over the phone.

  • Schedule and administer educational training aimed at engaging patient/customer experience culture.

  • Respond to patient inquiries, problem solve and investigate issues and concerns as they arise.

  • Thoughtfully inform patient of next follow up calls and who to contact if they have questions.

  • Provides emotional support to patients (i.e. during phone calls and/or other interactions).

  • Enter information in various databases for documentation as required. Assist patients with general device inquires and use.

  • Submit pod refill prescriptions to Sales Representative to obtain physician authorization. Effectively communicate and streamline RX between Sales Representative and third-party billing to ensure patients receive proper care and RX.

  • Maintain existing patient relationships while creating new patient relationships through leads.

  • Maintain up to date knowledge on industry trends, devices, and new products.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred.

  • 2 - 3 years sales experience.

  • Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.


Compensation & Benefits:

Exempt: $50,000 -$60,000 DOE, quarterly commission pay out.
